To activate support mode, please follow these steps:
The display of the MU1 will stay blank, please let us know when you are done and we will check out your unit asap.
The machine should have reboot and show “Waiting for Extension” on the display. Please start your Roon remote, click on “Select different Server” (as the unique ID of the server was also reset) and connect to the MU1. When you are logged in you can run through the first time setup and add some music (please limit the amount of tracks to start with), after that enable the MU1 audio device under connected to Roon Server → Show All. To finish up, enable the Grimm extension via Settings → Extensions and press Enable for the Grimm Audio extension. The unit should be up and running now.
